Virginia Statewide Tolling Operations & Technical Support

Served as the on-site project manager, providing support to VDOT in the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of the I-64 Express Lanes tolling system. Worked with colleagues and VDOT to coordinate project activities, prepare materials and deliverables required for the project, and oversaw vendor testing, implementation activities, as well as verify and validate conformance with contractual requirements, including onsite inspections. Worked with both the client and vendors.
