I work at the intersection of internal teams, external vendors, and leadership, translating expectations into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. My approach is straightforward: define what good looks like, communicate it clearly, and hold everyone (myself included) accountable. I’m experienced in managing vendor performance, setting KPIs and SLAs, navigating escalations, and maintaining strong working relationships, even when the conversations are hard.
